Inventory and Website
Do you work on English Saddles or Tack?
We do not.
Do you make any kind of Western Saddle?
Yes. We have even designed saddles for disabled riders.(Example: Paraplegic Reiner)
Do you carry clothing?
We carry our C. W. Wiley Show Shirts, Custom Chaps, Ball Caps, and Belts.
Do you sell Cowboy Hats or Boots?
We do not.
What about computer monitor and product color discrepancy?
Our in-house photographers take the majority of the images on our website. We work hard to accurately represent the products and the colors on your screen. However, all monitors are different, and personal settings may affect the colors your computer displays. Make sure your monitor is set to default standard settings for the most accurate representation of colors. We are not responsible for color differences in products as leather/dyes have natural variations in shades.

Does C. W. Wiley Custom Saddles offer a catalog?
For the time being, we do not publish a printed catalog. Instead, our website serves as an online catalog, which allows for product detail and selections to be viewed.

Methods of placing an order?
Via E-mail at CWWileySaddles@verizon.net or by phone at 804-346-4168. Order forms can be found on the website for both custom chaps and saddles.
Other options will be made available at a later time.
Products over $500.00 require a 1/3 deposit to begin production! ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Products less than $500.00 require full payment to being production! Our cancellation fee is 1/3 the cost of the product before we have ordered materials. After materials have been ordered, your payment is non-refundable.
What payment methods does C. W. Wiley Custom Saddles accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, Paypal, Checks, Traveler's Checks, and Money Orders. You will be charged a $50 fee for declined checks. All prices on our website are in U.S. dollars, and we are not able to accept foreign currency at this time.
How do I use a Gift Card, Promo, or Coupon Code?
Please let us know before placing and order that you intend to use a discount and we will adjust your total if applicable.
Shipping, Order Status, Changes, and Cancellations
How do I check my order's shipping status?
Upon request, we will supply you with the tracking number for your shipment. Please call 804-346-4168.
How are orders shipped?
We use FedEx for most of our shipping to provide the best possible service for our customers. For various circumstances we may be required to use UPS. If you have a preference, please let us know and we'd be happy to use your preferred method of shipping.
When will my order ship?
How long it takes for us to ship your order is dependent upon the product ordered as most of our products are custom, hand-made leather goods. Orders usually arrive in 3-5 days after being shipped.
Can my order be expedited?
Upon request, all orders can be expedited for the additional shipping cost. (Varies based on size. Please call 804-346-4168 for pricing)

Does C. W. Wiley Custom Saddles ship internationally?
I want to make a change to my order? Is this possible?
Once production has begun on your order, changes to your order cannot be made. For order status, please call 804-346-4168. IF YOU HAVE A PREFERRED LOOK FOR YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE SPECIFY BEFORE PRODUCTION, AS CHANGES CAN BE COSTLY AND TIME CONSUMING. WE ARE A CUSTOM LEATHER SHOP AND IF A PARTICULAR DESIGN IS NOT SPECIFIED, IT IS LEFT UP TO US TO DECIDE. CHANGES WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER.
Can I cancel my order?
Once materials have been ordered, your payment is non-refunable. Before materials have been ordered, our cancellation fee is 1/3 the cost of the product.
Returns and Exchanges Policies
Can I get a refund?
Custom products are non-refundable. Inventory items (bits, spurs, items bought from mobile store, etc.) can be returned within 30 days, if not used and with tags. Please provide receipt upon returning merchandise.
